Membership Pricing:

  • INFANTS
  • $150 per month for 0-12 months of age

  • TODDLERS
  • $125 per month for 1-2 years of age

  • PRE-K
  • $100 per month for 3-5 years of age

  • KIDS
  • $75 per month for 6-17 years of age

  • ADULTS
  • $100 per month for 18+ years of age

  • FAMILY
  • $400 per month for family of 4
  • $75 per month for each additional member

Plan Details:

  • All Plans have a $100.00 Registration Fee
  • One registration fee per family
  • Membership is recurring until canceled
  • 6 Month minimum commitment is required

Do you still use insurance?

Yes, while we do not bill insurance for office visits, we gladly use insurance for labs, imaging, medications, and specialist referrals when needed.
